By scheduling, accepting, or paying for service, you agree to the terms below.

Service plans & automatic renewal

Plans are billed monthly regardless of visit frequency. Your plan renews automatically every year from your signup date — no action is needed for service to continue.

• Cancel any time before your renewal date at likenewturf.com/cancel.html, or by calling/emailing us.
• Cancellations submitted after your renewal date has passed take effect at your next renewal instead.
• We don't offer refunds for completed services or already-billed periods.

Property access

You're responsible for safe access to the service area, securing pets during visits, and disclosing anything beneath the turf (irrigation lines, wiring, drainage) that isn't visibly obvious.

Products we use

We exclusively use Turf Animal, applied per the manufacturer's directions. As with any cleaning product, keep pets and children off treated areas until the turf is fully dry.

Results & pre-existing conditions

Results vary based on turf age, infill, and prior condition. We're not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, or installation issues we didn't cause. Turf may be slippery when wet or shortly after treatment.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific visit in question. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages not directly caused by our own negligence.

Photography

We may photograph work for marketing (before/after content) without including identifying details like your name or address. Let us know before your first visit if you'd prefer we skip this.
